RETURNS & REFUNDS
If pieces are not made on special order we can offer a full refund provided you get in touch within 14 days of placing your order (within 7 days for Sale items) via email on info@arshajewellery.com where we will explain the return procedure to you. Please note unwanted item(s) have to be returned undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging.

Please bear in mind that due to the hand made nature of our jewellery, items may very slightly be different to the ones shown in the photographs. We strive to display and describe items as accurately as possible as well as showing the colours of our jewellery at their best, however as computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee the full accuracy of any colour.
